At GTS Services, we have specialized in condominium HVAC services throughout Toronto and the GTA for 18 years. With more than 8,000 fan coil installations completed, our team has extensive experience with the unique mechanical systems found in high-rise condominium buildings.

We work with homeowners, condominium boards and property managers on everything from individual HVAC repairs and replacements to complete building-wide retrofit and preventative maintenance programs. Our expertise includes fan coil, heat pump, PTAC and Magic Pack systems, thermostat and control upgrades, flood mitigation, HVAC duct cleaning, dryer and exhaust cleaning, and in-suite preventative maintenance.
